Why don’t I receive emails for my questionnaire?

There are a number of reasons that you may not be receiving emails from us:

  • The email we have on file may be different from the one you use. If this is the case, please send us an email to webquest@ndb.org to let us know and we will update our records.
  • Our emails are going to to your spam folder. Please use the search function in your email to see if that turns it up. Also, make sure to add us to your contacts list to ensure that this does not happen in the future.
  • Some email companies automatically sort emails into different folders, so it is possible that our email missed your main inbox. To check, use the search bar in your email to find any emails from “webquest@ndb.org”
