How often will I get a questionnaire?
Generally, we send questionnaires to participants every 6 months. When you first join, we will send you an additional special questionnaire, an enrollment questionnaire, to obtain some background information about you.
Additionally, we may ask you to participate in shorter questionnaires to address more specific health concerns that our researchers have. An example of this are the five COVID-19 questionnaires we administered between March and May 2020. You can find the results of the initial parts of that study here:
